LOTUS TRANS TRAVELS PVT.LTD. under the leadership of Mr.LAJPAT RAI, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, the company has taken great  strides in promoting the tourism business for the company for the last 23 years. The Company was established in the year 1983 as LOTUS TRAVEL AND TOURS a partnership firm and later converted in to a Private Limited Company in the year 1985, duly recognized by the Ministry of Tourism as a Tour Operators, Ministry of Railway as a Foreign Tourists Agent and duly accredited by IATA, a recognized Govt. Export House and a member of FIEO.

The other Directors of the Company are Mr.Praveen Kumar Gandhi, Mr.Narendra Kumar, Mr.Anil Kumar & Mr.Rajesh Kumar.

To have greater presence in the TOURISM & HOSPITALITY sector the company have diversified in to hospitality sector in the year 1995 by starting its very own first LOTUS NIKKO HOTEL, KUSHINAGAR, having 54 Rooms and 2 Suites and 8 apartments on the plot size of 6.3346 acres and Kushinagar, U.P. just 5 minutes of walking distance from the historical site of Mahaparinirvana of the Lord Buddha. The 2^nd hotel LOTUS NIKKO HOTEL, SRAVASTI, was started in the year 1998 on the plot size of 6.842 acres consisting of 56 Rooms and 2 Suites at Buddhist Pilgrimage sites of Sravasti U.P. The 3^rd hotel at Bodhgaya was grabbed by the company from the Government owned ITDC under the then Governments Dis-investments Policy. The hotel was renovated, refurbished and 26 Rooms and one Presidential Suites added then fully Re-launched in the year 2005 by the name LOTUS NIKKO HOTEL,BODHGAYA having total 56 Rooms and 01 Presidential Suites on the plot size of 6.3346 acres of land. The Company is planning its 4^th hotel which is to be constructed at the prestigious Ramgarh Tal Project of the Gorakhpur Development Authority at Gorakhpur U.P. On the plot size of 20966 sq mts which has been purchased from the Gorakhpur Development Authority for hotel project. The hotel to be launched in Oct’2008 shall have 100 Rooms, 01 Multi Cuisine Restaurant, 01 Coffee Shop, 01 Health Club, 01 Board room-cum Business Center, 01 Banquet Hall and 01 Conference Hall along with the 3 acres beautifully land scape lawns. Gorakhpur  having populations of approximately 38 lakhs and not having even one hotel of international standards. It is sure that the hotel will do extremely well. The Company are running its own hotel in New Delhi also with 21 Delux Twin Rooms as LOTUS INN.

 The Associate of the Company are running Three specialty Chinese & Japanese LOTUS GARDEN RESTAURANTS at the prestigious Malcha Marg, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, Bhikaji Cama Place and DDA Community Centre, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
